| dc.description | The present case study has as its theme the emotional impact of early pregnancy in a 17-year-old adolescent. Its objective is to establish the emotional impact as a consequence of pregnancy in a 17-year-old adolescent. To carry it out, useful techniques and tools were used such as: Beck's Depression Inventory, Beck's Hopelessness Scale, Social Skills Assessment Test and Observation Technique, in addition to implementing a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. Reaching a diagnosis F32.1 Moderate depressive episode according to the ICD-10 fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. According to the findings found as: Feelings of guilt "for not using contraceptive methods", Crying, sadness, loss of interest and lack of motivation (because of believing that due to her pregnancy she will not be able to achieve her goals), Difficulty concentrating when performing her tasks and your daily life activities. A psychotherapeutic process based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy scheme is established. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tiene como tema impacto emocional por embarazo precoz en una adolescente de 17 años de edad tiene como objetivo establecer el impacto emocional a consecuencia del embarazo en una adolescente de 17 años de edad. Para llevarlo a cabo se utilizaron técnicas y herramientas útiles tales como: Inventario de Depresión de Beck, Escala de desesperanza de Beck, Test de Evaluación de Habilidades Sociales y Técnica de observación, además de implementar un enfoque cualitativo con alcance descriptivo. Llegando a un diagnostico F32.1 Episodio depresivo moderado de acuerdo con el CIE-10 cumpliendo con los criterios diagnósticos. De acuerdo a los hallazgos encontrados como: Sentimientos de culpabilidad “por no utilizar los métodos anticonceptivos”, Llanto, tristeza, pérdida del interés y desmotivación (por creer que por su embarazo no podrá lograr sus objetivos), Dificultad de concentración al realizar sus tareas y sus actividades de vida cotidiana. Se deja establecido un proceso psicoterapéutico basado en el esquema de la Terapia Cognitivo Conductual. | es_ES |
