dc.description | The present research work entitled Technology and its effects on administrative processes, a situation that had as its main problem the lack of implementation of new technological resources that provide help to the secretaries of the Human Talent department of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Baba Canton, such as general objective the analysis of the skills of computer knowledge with respect to administrative processes, the main thing is to relate that both the secretaries have computer knowledge about administrative management software. The methodological and information collection processes were descriptive and correlational, their design was not field experimental and bibliographic, the applied methodology was inductive analytical methods, which allowed the confrontation of the different theories that were selected and validated to describe the variables. and structure of theoretical support. A small group of 3 people involved in the problem was also considered. For which the following techniques were applied, such as observation, interview, and questionnaire, which were the main instruments for collecting information needed for the investigation. dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación titulado Tecnología y sus efectos en los procesos administrativos, situación que tuvo como problema principal la falta de implementación de nuevos recursos tecnológicos que aporten ayuda a las secretarias del departamento de Talento Humano del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Baba, como objetivo general el análisis de las destrezas de los conocimiento informáticos con respecto a los procesos administrativos, lo principal es relacionar que tanto las secretarias tienen conocimientos informáticos sobre softwares de gestión administrativas. Los procesos metodológicos y de recolección de información fueron de tipo descriptiva y correlacional, su diseño no fue experimental de campo y bibliográfica, la metodología aplicada fueron métodos inductivos analíticos, que permitieron la confrontación de las distintas teorías que fueron seleccionada y validadas para describir las variables y estructura del sustento teórico. También se consideró un grupo pequeño de 3 personas involucradas en la problemática. Para lo cual se aplicó las siguientes técnicas como la observación, la entrevista, y el cuestionario que fueron los principales instrumentos de recolección de información que se necesitaba para la investigación. Proceso que permitió el análisis de los resultados que permitieron hacer y llegar a la conclusión de dicho trabajo de investigación demostrando la problemática planteada. | es_ES |
