| dc.description | In recent decades, virtual information systems have undergone changes due to the development and dissemination of new information and communication technologies through the Internet. There are a hundred numbers of information resources that offer life to the Internet, and in addition to this there are numerous investigations that have been able to predict that with the passing of the years we will find ourselves immersed in the technology that will replace all the material things that we use daily to perform any type of activity. In addition to the aforementioned, if we project into the future, we could guarantee that the most viable way to have an adequate communication is through technology. It is for this reason that it is necessary to commit to adopt means of communication that contribute with an adequate virtual information. While it is true that people do not always use the information presented in the virtual media in an adequate way, since they usually present false news and users make criticisms, mockery regarding the subject or simply make ill-intentioned comments without realizing the damage or the consequences that they can bring. It is for this reason that this research was conducted in order to provide adequate information by the virtual method through the media for Balzar Canton, Guayas Province. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En las últimas décadas los sistemas de información virtual han sufrido cambios debido al desarrollo y difusión de nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación por medio de Internet. Existen unos cien números de recursos informativos que ofrecen vida a Internet, y además de esto se presentan numerosas investigaciones que han podido pronosticar que con el pasar de los años nos encontraremos inmersos en la tecnología que remplazara todas las cosas materiales que utilizamos a diario para realizar cualquier tipo de actividad. Agregando a lo antes mencionado si se hace proyección hacia el futuro, se podría garantizar que el camino más viable para tener una adecuada comunicación sea a través de la tecnología. Es por tal razón que se debe comprometer a adoptar medios de comunicaciones que contribuyan con una adecuada información virtual. Si bien es ciertos las personas no siempre utilizan de manera adecuada la información que se presentan en los medios virtuales, ya que suelen presentarse falsas noticias y los usuarios recorren hacer críticas, burlas referente al tema o simplemente hacer comentarios mal intencionado sin darse cuenta del daño o las consecuencia que pueden traer. Es por este motivo que la presente investigación se la realizo con el fin de brindar una información adecuada por el método virtual a través de los medios de comunicación para el Cantón Balzar, Provincia del Guayas. | es_ES |
