dc.description | The purpose of this research project is to improve interpersonal relationships between students and teachers at the Technical University of Babahoyo Extension Quevedo. Assertive communication is very important and this allows you to have a good relationship, not only within an educational institution, but for all social relationships. This assertive communication promotes values, good behavior inside and outside the classroom. Currently, communication is disappearing more and more every day since the interest in communicating or transmitting a good message is being lost. For this reason, it is important that the institution prepare a communication strategy guide so that there is good communication and, above all, respect, promoting values. It is also important that the teacher when giving their classes must be sure with an appropriate tone of voice, which allows generating an optimal environment for the development of academic activities using interactive communication mechanisms and in this way there are no conflicts within classrooms, always reaching agreements through dialogue. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La finalidad de este proyecto de investigación, es mejorar las relaciones interpersonales entre los estudiantes y docentes de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo Extensión Quevedo. La comunicación asertiva es muy importante ya este permite llevar en si una buena relación, no solamente dentro de una institución educativa, sino para toda relación social. Esta comunicación asertiva promueve valores, buenas conductas dentro y fuera del aula de clases En la actualidad la comunicación cada día más se va desapareciendo ya que cada vez se está perdiendo el interés de comunicar o transmitir un buen mensaje. Por ello es importante que la institución elabore una guía de estrategia de comunicación para que exista una buena comunicación y más que todo el respeto, fomentando los valores. Es importante también que el docente a la hora de dar sus clases debe estar seguro con un tono de voz adecuado, que permita generar un ambiente óptimo para el desarrollo de las actividades académicas utilizando mecanismos de comunicación interactivas y de esta forma no se presenten conflictos dentro de las aulas de clases, siempre llegando a acuerdos por medio del dialogo. | es_ES |
