dc.description.abstractEste trabajo investigativo enfoca su atención en la asertividad comunicacional que existe entre la relación alumno-maestro, de los alumnos en la Unidad Educativa Siete De Octubre, evidenciándose que, durante el cambio de modalidad presencial a virtual, afectó directamente a la relación comunicativa que existía antes de la pandemia, se planteó como objetivo determinar estrategias que ayuden a promover la buena comunicación en el entorno de aprendizaje, es precisamente en esto, que el proyecto basa su importancia, buscando llegar a soluciones prácticas. La modalidad de la investigación ha sido de carácter mixta, es decir cualitativa y cuantitativa, cuantitativa porque se utilizaron encuestas mediante métodos esencial y netamente cuantificables, para obtener resultados que posteriormente sirvieron para llegar a conclusiones, y cualitativa porque se analizaron textos, documentos que sirvieron para nutrir la investigación, además de su utilización para poder interpretar los resultados de las encuestas y plasmar su realidad mediante conceptos y palabras comprensibles para el ojo crítico del lector.es_ES
