dc.description | The present research aims to determine the paternal-maternal conflicts that affect academic performance during the virtual modality of fifth-grade students of the Comandante Rafael Morán Valverde Naval Academy, year 2020, in times of a pandemic where education had a change transcendental tried to keep teaching from a different perspective, emphasizing empathy with students. To carry out the work, it was proposed to investigate the most common paternal-maternal conflicts during the virtual modality, as well as the effects that these cause on academic performance to instruct families and improve academic performance. The qualitative methodology was used through a bibliographic and descriptive research, applying inductive and deductive methods and qualitative research techniques such as observation with the use of a Psychological Test. Among the conclusions, the importance of dealing with these cases is rescued by training families regarding the need to build respectful, loving, affective and stable families that form families that support students, in addition to the importance of training students. teaching staff on how to handle those students who present psychological and emotional risks that affect their academic performance. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los conflictos paterno-maternos que inciden en el rendimiento académico durante la modalidad virtual de los estudiantes de quinto grado de la Academia Naval Comandante Rafael Morán Valverde, año 2020, en tiempo de pandemia donde la educación tuvo un cambio trascendental intentado mantener la enseñanza desde una perspectiva diferente, enfatizando la empatía con los estudiantes. Para la realización del trabajo se planteó investigar los conflictos paterno-materno más comunes durante la modalidad virtual, así como los efectos que estos provocan en el rendimiento académico para instruir a las familias y lograr mejorar el rendimiento académico. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa mediante una investigación bibliográfico y descriptiva, aplicando los métodos inductivo y deductivo y técnicas de investigación cualitativa como la observación con el uso de un Test Psicológico. Dentro de las conclusiones se rescata la importancia de tratar estos casos mediante la capacitación de las familias en cuanto a la necesidad de construir familias respetuosas, amorosos, afectivas y estables, que forme familias que apoyen a los estudiantes, además de la importancia de capacitar al personal docente sobre cómo manejar a aquellos estudiantes que presentan riesgos a nivel psicológico y emocional que afectan su rendimiento académico. | es_ES |
