The topic that was developed in the document was the evolution of weed resistance to chemical control in irrigated rice. Weeds constitute one of the main pests that affect rice cultivation, especially under irrigated conditions, combating weeds in rice it is an important and expensive work that reaches up to 26% of the total cost of the crop. The late appearance of some grass weeds in rice is a common problem, because on many occasions the adequate conditions are not given for a good effectiveness of conventional combat. The conclusions include diagnosing the incidence of weeds with constant monitoring; carry out adequate controls for wheat straw or false treadmill (Ischaemum rugosum) in rice cultivation under irrigated conditions, trying that the products do not cause resistance and that government agencies carry out training plans for farmers engaged in the production of rice under irrigation.es_ES
