The assigned physician sends a series of examinations that showed the following results, cardiovascular silhouette with erased cardiac profile, normal thoracic aorta, hila, normal, normal hemidiaphragms, in turn a physical examination is performed where the following contribution is given, skin and normo-colored and moist mucosa, non-infiltrative subcutaneous cellular tissue (SCT), respiration shows dyspnea, intercostal draws, noises are heard by means of pulmonary auscultation, a murmur at the level of both lung fields, no rales in the cardiovascular area, rhythms and good capillary filling, presents considerable weight loss and according to the tests carried out the patient presents moderate malnutrition. The patient is sent for consultation with the nutrition specialist, to carry out a follow-up and adequate nutritional assessment according to the personal requirements of the patient, the patient is prescribed a hyperprotein, due to the assessments present in the biochemical tests causing A great alarm for the weight loss of 13.5 kilograms, it is necessary to take into account that a 7-month follow-up was carried out until the recovery of their nutritional status was achieved and they maintained a life without complications resulting from tuberculosis and moderate malnutrition.es_ES

dc.description.abstractPor medio de este caso de estudio, se da a conocer las referencias de una paciente de 21 años de edad donde realiza un seguimiento domiciliario por presentar un antecedente patológico personal (APP) de tuberculosis miliar con un tratamiento de primera fase, se observa una pérdida de peso considerable, una pérdida de apetito, fiebre con escalofríos, tos con flema, la paciente refiere que no mantuvo contacto con ninguna persona con tuberculosis, la paciente fue ingresa en el Hospital S. C. asociado con una neumonía con un periodo de 11 días, se mantiene bajo vigilancia de su familiar. El medico asignado envía una serie de exámenes que mostraron los siguientes resultados, silueta cardiovascular con perfil cardiaco borrado, aorta torácica normal, hilios, normales, hemidiafragmas normales, a su vez se le realiza un examen físico donde se da el siguiente aporte, piel y mucosa normo coloreadas y húmedas, tejido celular subcutáneo (TCS) no infiltrativo, la respiración muestra disnea, tirajes intercostales, se escuchan ruidos por medio de auscultación pulmonar un murmullo a nivel de ambos campos pulmonares, no estertores en el área cardiovascular se presenta ritmos y buen llenado capilar, presenta pérdida de peso considerable y de acuerdo a los exámenes realizados la paciente presenta desnutrición modera. Paciente es enviada a interconsulta con el especialista de nutrición, para realizar un seguimiento y valoración nutricional adecuada de acuerdo a los requerimientos personales de la paciente, se prescribe a la paciente una dieta hiperproteica, siendo estas recomendadas por la valoraciones de exámenes bioquímico, examen físico y diagnostico determinado por el médico, ya que, la paciente presenta una pérdida de peso de 13.5 kilogramos, de esta manera se toma en cuenta el seguimiento adecuado hasta conseguir la recuperación de su estado nutricional y mantenga una vida sin complicaciones consecuentes de la tuberculosis y desnutrición moderada.es_ES
