dc.descriptionThe main objective of this case study was to recognize the opportunity and ensure the growth of the Chino Store company located in the Babahoyo province of Los Ríos, through the information collected from the company the inconveniences such as the lack of innovation of its products and its negligence in studying the market by not carrying out a marketing process, ignoring its strengths and weaknesses. This case study focused on the research lines of the model of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Informatics of the Technical University of Babahoyo "Communication, entrepreneurship and innovation system", under the research sub line "Marketing and commercialization" of the Commercial Engineering career, as a method in this study, descriptive field research was used, under a qualitative approach. As a result of the proposal of the "MARKETING PROCESS IN THE CHINESE STORE COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF THE CITY OF BABAHOYO", it seeks to implement the phases of this process that is responsible for studying the market and meeting the needs of its customers as a result and optimizing sales one hundred percent.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso estudio tuvo como principal objetivo reconocer la oportunidad y asegurar el crecimiento de la empresa Chino Store ubicada en el cantón Babahoyo Provincia de Los Ríos, mediante la información recolectada de la empresa se analizan los inconvenientes como la falta de innovación de sus productos y su negligencia en estudio en el mercado al no realizar un proceso de marketing desconociendo sus fortalezas y debilidades. Este caso de estudio se enfocó en las líneas de investigación del modelo de la Facultad de Administración, Finanzas e Informática de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo “Sistema de comunicación, emprendimiento e innovación”, bajo la sublínea de investigación “Marketing y comercialización” de la carrera Ingeniería Comercial, como método en este estudio se utilizó la investigación de campo, de tipo descriptiva, bajo un enfoque cualitativo. Como resultado de la propuesta del “PROCESO DE MARKETING EN LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL CHINO STORE DE LA CIUDAD DE BABAHOYO” se busca implementar las fases de este proceso que se encarga de estudiar el mercado y satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes como resultado y optimizar las ventas al cien por ciento.es_ES
