What are the perceptions of customers about the Associated Industrial Stores? With the pertinent information that is extracted it will be of great value for the investigation. The investigation was carried out under the qualitative modality that allowed to carry out a detailed review of the phenomenon to be treated, a descriptive investigation was used to know the reality of the study population; scientific, deductive and bibliographic methods were used; The survey technique was applied and a structured questionnaire was developed. This case study is framed in the sub-line of research of the commerce career "Marketing and commercialization".es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio trata de analizar como se han presentado las ventas en las Tiendas Industriales Asociadas (TIA) del cantón Jujan durante los años 2029 y 2020, por lo tanto, se trata de responder a preguntas que lleven a una conclusión especifica de lo acontecido en este lugar; ¿Qué factores externos han influido en las ventas de las Tiendas Industriales Asociadas?, ¿Cuáles son las percepciones de los clientes sobre las Tiendas Industriales Asociadas? con la información pertinente que se extraiga será de gran valía para la investigación. La investigación se llevó a cabo bajo la modalidad cualitativa que permitió realizar una revisión pormenorizada del fenómeno a tratar, se utilizó una investigación descriptiva para conocer la realidad de la población de estudio; se usó los métodos científico, deductivo y bibliográfico; se aplicó la técnica de encuesta y se elaboro un cuestionario estructurado. Este estudio de caso esta enmarcado en la sublínea de investigación de la carrera de comercio “Marketing y comercialización”.es_ES
