dc.description | Nowadays, the administrative management is responsible for the coordinated and efficient use of resources. For this reason, all the functions are organized in such a way that the most appropriate handling of these can be directed and controlled. These functions are planning, organization, direction, coordination and control. In addition, administrative management allows, through the rational management of tasks, efforts and resources, to prevent future problems and above all to achieve favorable results for the company. The investigation called “Management and Administration in the Hotel Capitol L # 2 of the City of Babahoyo, had as objective to analyze the factors that cause an inadequate Administrative Management, and how it affects the inadequate attention to which a descriptive investigation was applied. The existing problems in the Hotel Capitol were addressed based on the quality Administrative management of the same, all these problems appear in the development. The methodology used in this study was qualitative and quantitative, the techniques and instruments that were used to collect more information were: an interview with the owner of the Hotel and a survey prepared for the people who stay in the Capitol, obtaining results that allowed reach a general conclusion of the present case study, which was supported with bibliographic references, these helped to understand in a scientific way the depth of this research. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Hoy en día la gestión administrativa se responsabiliza de utilizar coordinada y eficientemente los recursos. Por ello todas las funciones se organizan de manera que se pueda dirigir y controlar el manejo más adecuado de éstos. Estas funciones son la planificación, la organización, la dirección, la coordinación y el control. Además, la gestión administrativa permite mediante la conducción racional de tareas, esfuerzos y recursos prevenir problemas futuros y sobre todo lograr la consecución de resultados favorables para la empresa. La investigación denominada “Gestión y Administración en el Hotel Capitol L#2 de la Ciudad de Babahoyo, tuvo como objetivo analizar los factores que ocasiona una inadecuada Gestión Administrativa, y como afecta la inadecuada atención al se aplicó una investigación de tipo descriptiva. Se abordaron las problemáticas existentes en el Hotel Capitol en base a la calidad Gestión administrativa del mismo, todas esta problemáticas constan en el desarrollo. La Metodología utilizada en este estudio fue la cualitativa y cuantitativa , las técnicas e instrumentos que se usaron para recopilar mayor información fueron: una entrevista realizada al dueño del Hotel y una encuesta preparada para las personas que se hospedan en el Capitol, obteniendo resultados que permitieron llegar a una conclusión general del presente caso de estudio, el mismo que se apoyó con referencias bibliográficas estas ayudaron a entender de manera científica la profundidad de esta investigación. | es_ES |
