| dc.description | This case study is based on the Work Environment of the Guayaquil Implanet Company, an entity dedicated to providing the internet contracting service in the different cities of the Los Ríos and Guayas Province; with the aim of analyzing the strategies and problems raised in the organization with the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ecuador and the damage it caused in the country. The research provided in the current document applies a deductive methodology to understand the particular premises that have generated an alteration within the business environment of the institution. This research is descriptive and documentary in nature, and to validate the information presented, techniques such as interviews and surveys have been used, which manage to verify first-hand, with the parties involved in the current study, the real situation of the Implanet company, in order to know the factors that have caused the institution's work environment to become unpleasant and directly affect the benefits that the entity has at the end of the accounting period, we will also observe a little leadership on the part of the authority in charge of the organization. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso, está basado en el Ambiente Laboral de la Empresa Implanet de Guayaquil, entidad dedicada a la prestación del servicio de contratación de internet en las diferentes ciudades de la Provincia de Los Ríos y Guayas; con el objetivo de analizar las estrategias y problemáticas suscitadas en la organización con la llegada de la pandemia del COVID-19 al Ecuador y los estragos que ocasiono en el país. La investigación proporcionada en el actual documento, aplica una metodología deductiva, para entender las premisas particulares que han generado una alteración dentro del entorno empresarial de la institución. La presente investigación, es de carácter descriptivo documental, y para validar la información expuesta, se ha procedido a utilizar técnicas como la entrevista y encuesta, que logren verificar de primera mano, con las partes intervinientes en el actual estudio, la situación real de la empresa Implanet, con la finalidad de conocer los factores que han propiciado que el ambiente laboral de la institución se tornó poco agradable y afecte directamente a los beneficios que posee la entidad al final del periodo contable, también observaremos un poco de liderazgo por parte de la autoridad a cargo de la organización. | es_ES |
