| dc.description | The present investigative work aims to analyze and identify the situations that are happening in the pharmacies "TU AHORRO" which is dedicated to the sale of medical supplies and for this, the types of research such as exploratory and descriptive were used, methods such as deductive and inductive, techniques such as direct observation and interview, also the instruments used were the observation sheet and the questionnaire. This will allow knowing how the company is managed and with the administrative management will help to obtain satisfactory and acceptable results so that the management can efficiently and effectively take advantage of both technical, financial and human resources. This will help to diagnose the state of the administrative processes of the pharmacies "YOUR SAVINGS", and in turn will allow us to determine the areas to apply improvements within the company that will allow us to develop administrative strategies that help and improve the management of pharmacies and for this work, different sources about administrative management were consulted. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo analizar e identificar las situaciones por la que está pasando en las farmacias “TU AHORRO” el cual se dedica a la venta de insumos médicos y para ello se empleó los tipos de investigación tales como la exploratoria y la descriptiva, métodos como el deductivo e inductivo, técnicas como la observación directa y la entrevista, también los instrumentos utilizados fueron la ficha de observación y el cuestionario. Esto va a permitir que conocer cómo se maneja la empresa y con la gestión administrativa ayudara a obtener resultados satisfactorios y aceptables para que la gerencia aproveche de manera eficiente y eficaz de los recursos tanto como técnicos, financieros y de los recursos humanos. Esto ayudara a poder diagnosticar el estado de los procesos administrativos de las farmacias “TU AHORRO”, y a su vez nos permitirá determinar las áreas para aplicar mejoras dentro de la empresa que nos permitirán desarrollar estrategias administrativas que ayuden y mejoren la gestión de las farmacias y para este trabajo se consultó distintas fuentes acerca de la gestión administrativa. | es_ES |
