| dc.description | In the case study presented, a respective process will be carried out in the execution of salary and salary payments in the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, this institution is from the public sector, 10 people are currently working since 2018, one with contract and 9 with appointment. In 2017, 25 public servants worked, that is, 15 civil servants were fired, due to a decrease in the budget that was designated to the entity. The time of the salary payment process that was taken when more public servants worked, is the same time and sometimes more than before, this is because many of them carry out more work activities outside those predestined at the beginning of their work in said entity. Therefore, an analysis will be carried out with respect to the process of the execution of the salaries of said officials due to the disagreements issued by each of them, it is considered that through the questions that were asked, they made it known that sometimes they work more hours than those determined by law, generating a fulfillment of overtime, which is not recognized when the day of the payment of their salaries arrives. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el caso de estudio presentado se llevará a cabo un respectivo proceso en la ejecución de pagos de sueldos y salarios en el Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda, esta institución es del sector público, se encuentran laborando actualmente 10 personas desde el año 2018, uno con contrato y 9 con nombramiento. En el año 2017 trabajaban 25 servidores públicos, es decir, despidieron a 15 funcionarios, por disminución en el presupuesto que se designó a la entidad. El tiempo del proceso de pagos de sueldos que se tomaba cuando trabajaban más servidores públicos, es el mismo tiempo y en ocasiones más que antes, esto se debe que muchos de ellos realizan más actividades laborales fuera de las predestinadas al inicio de sus labores en dicha entidad. Por lo que se va a realizar un análisis con respecto al proceso de la ejecución de los sueldos de dichos funcionarios por los desacuerdos emitidos por cada uno de ellos, se considera que mediante las preguntas que se realizó, se dieron a conocer que en ocasiones trabajan más horas de las determinadas por la ley, generando un cumplimiento de horas extras las mismas que no son reconocidas al llegar el día del pago de sus sueldos. | es_ES |
