| dc.description | The importance of carrying out a good relationship within an organization is of utmost importance so that the activities that it develops meet the objectives set from the beginning, in this case, it is a third-level educational institution in which there is an administrative staff whose good performance and organization will be reflected in the development and good reception that teachers have inside and outside the university grounds. The relationship that arises from the daily coexistence between teachers and students directly affects the effectiveness that their teachings have had on them, because the teacher is not only training a professional but also a great person; the vocational professor passionately passes on his knowledge and inspires those who listen. It is known to many that there is a group of academic leaders who make important decisions for the existence of the Technical University of Babahoyo and its extension in Quevedo, and that the well-being of its students is paramount for them, therefore their opinion always it is taken into account through evaluations through its web portal. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La importancia de llevar una buena relación dentro de una organización es de suma importancia para que las actividades que esta desarrolla cumplan con los objetivos planteados desde el inicio, en este caso, se trata de una institución educativa de tercer nivel en la que existe un personal administrativo cuyo buen desempeño y organización se verá reflejada en el desenvolvimiento y buena acogida que tengan los docentes dentro y fuera de los predios universitarios. La relación que nace de la convivencia diaria entre docentes y estudiantes incide directamente en la efectividad que han tenido sus enseñanzas en ellos, debido a que el docente no solo está formando a un profesional sino a una gran persona; el catedrático con vocación transmite con pasión sus conocimientos e inspira a quienes lo escuchan. Es de conocimiento de muchos que existe un grupo de dirigentes académicos que toman las decisiones importantes para la existencia de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo y su extensión en Quevedo, y que el bienestar de sus estudiantes es lo primordial para ellos, por ello su opinión siempre es tomada en cuenta mediante evaluaciones a través de su portal web. | es_ES |
