dc.descriptionAt present, administrative management within a company is a process by which organizations consider it a primary task because the activities that must be oriented to coordinate with all the resources that the company presents must be carefully established, because of its adequate implementation there will be permanent supervision of the different processes in order to meet their established objectives. From this perspective, the research aims to propose the administrative control that allows the optimization of the resources of the company PRODUALIPAC SA, through the execution of these strategies it will be possible to direct the company that has and, above all, maintain an efficiency with which it increases its cost effectiveness. The investigation presents the deficiency that exists in the administrative processes of the company, which generates difficulty in fulfilling its activities. The correct use of its resources will allow the company to have tools that strengthen decision-making and good management of the company. According to the analysis and discussion of the results where the deficiencies shown by the company were measured, the main conclusions we reached are expressed, such as, it is determined that: the administrative management is carried out in an artificial way, since there is no a correct functioning of these processes, because some of the directors work with little commitment, alternatives must be made that allow several alternative solutions to improve the administrative management of the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad la gestión administrativa dentro de una empresa es un proceso por el cual las organizaciones la consideran una tarea primordial debido a que se deben establecer cuidadosamente las actividades que deben ser orientadas a coordinar con todos los recursos que presente la empresa, porque de su adecuada implementación existirá una supervisión permanente frente a los diferentes procesos con el fin de cumplir con sus objetivos establecidos. Desde esta perspectiva, la investigación tiene como objetivo proponer el control administrativo que permitan la optimización de los recursos de la empresa PRODUALIPAC S.A, mediante la ejecución de estas estrategias se podrá direccionar a la empresa que tenga y sobretodo mantenga una eficiencia con la cual incremente su rentabilidad. La investigación presenta la deficiencia que existe en los procesos administrativos de la empresa lo que le genera dificultad para cumplir con sus actividades. El correcto uso de sus recursos le permitirá a la empresa a contar con herramientas que fortalezcan la toma de decisiones y el buen manejo de la empresa. De acuerdo con el análisis y discusión de los resultados donde se midieron las deficiencias que muestra la empresa, se expresa las principales conclusiones a las que llegamos tales como, se determina que: la gestión administrativa se lleva acabo de forma arcial, ya que no existe un correcto funcionamiento de estos procesos, debido a que algunos de los directivos trabajan con poco compromiso, se debe realizar alternativas que permitan varias alternativas de solución para mejorar la gestión administrativa de la empresa.es_ES
