dc.description | The present case study in the company AGRO AEREO SA in the Canton Quevedo of the province of Los Ríos Ecuador, having as objective the analysis of the level of satisfaction of the clients of the company AGRO AEREO SA, due to the fact that at present the company It does not have good customer service, causing dissatisfaction in consumers. The descriptive methodology and the quantitative and qualitative methods were used, supported by the application of a survey and interview as an information collection instrument, which allowed obtaining fundamental and relevant information for the investigation and which served to establish valid conclusions. In addition, this case study was based on the research line of Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management and is part of the Marketing and Commercialization research subline, since its focus is related to the benefits obtained by the consumers with the products/services and the value it has for them. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio en la empresa AGRO AEREO S.A en el Cantón Quevedo de la provincia de Los Ríos Ecuador, teniendo como objetivo el análisis del nivel de satisfacción de los clientes de la empresa AGRO AEREO S.A, debido a que en la actualidad la empresa no cuenta con una buena atención de servicio al cliente provocando insatisfacción en los consumidores. Se empleó la metodología descriptiva y los métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos, apoyado con la aplicación de una encuesta y entrevista como instrumento de recolección de información, lo que permitió obtener información fundamental y relevante para la investigación y la que sirvió para establecer conclusiones válidas. Adema el presente caso de estudio se basó en la línea de investigación de Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control y se enmarca con la sublínea de investigación de Marketing y Comercialización, ya que cuyo enfoque está relacionado con los beneficios que logran obtener los consumidores con los productos/servicios y el valor que tiene para ellos. | es_ES |
