dc.description | This case study attempts to understand the benefits offered by the government through the new appointment scheduling system for identity cards and passports in the civil registry, identification and identity card, agency Babahoyo. dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso trata de entender cuáles son los beneficios que ofrece el gobierno a través del nuevo sistema de agendamiento de turnos para cedulación y pasaporte en el registro civil, identificación y cedulación, agencia Babahoyo. Existe una actualización tecnológica en la agencia al solicitar los servicios de cedulación y pasaporte en el registro civil, una vez escogido el turno, el lugar, el día y la hora, la atención es rápida y eficiente, el producto final satisface las necesidades de los usuarios. Sin embargo, no todas las personas han podido acceder a este servicio debido al poco conocimiento sobre las computadoras y su manejo. Esto genera incomodidad en la ciudadanía y solicitan volver a la metodología anterior. | es_ES |
