dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se desarrolló con el propósito de dar a conocer la asignaciones de funciones que se presentaron en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito San Antonio, Sucursal Babahoyo, y la falta de interes por parte de los colaboradores en obtener más conocimientos y que debido a la pandemia en el 2020 se presentaron muchos inconvenientes los cuales fue un factor muy importante para la atención al cliente de la institución se evidenció que el grupo vulnerable en su mayor parte su rendimiento fue eficiente, mientras que el grupo de colaboradores de atención al cliente en la cooperativa le faltó mucho por capacitar aunque muchas de las funciones eran básicas también había muchos reprocesos. Para llevar a cabo el presente caso de estudio se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista a la Fuente directa cómo lo es el jefe de la sucursal mediante preguntas claves que ayudaron a entender la situación que estaba pasando la institución y así poder determinar y resolver los problemas causados ante la emergencia sanitaria covid-19 y así se puedan tomar las acciones respectivas para la capacitación y orientación del personal de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Antonio.es_ES
