Establishing priorities in terms of clients id precisely this factor that will allow the Company to keep in constant development, since there ir no relational marketing that is directly with the consumer. For this reason, the present case study is to know how and what are the marketing satrategies that have beem applied throughout this entire trajectory as a Company, an esencial context to achieve juicy sucess in the Company. The investigation analize the inforamation through current clients as well as ambiguous clients, in addition, an interview was applied ti the Manager-Owner to obtain the corresponding data. Finally, it is conclued that Commercial Moreira does not follow a method duly endorsed by professionals that allow it ti introduce know lwdge in said place, an aspect that denotes the an aspect that denotes the scarcity of sales strategias, resulting in weaknesses eith repect to the competition. The scenario described is imposible for the Company to créate a competitive advantage.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas estrategias de marketing son de crucial e importante, aplicarlas dentro de la empresa de forma correcta y adecuadas ya que, son las que garantizan el crecimiento oportuno de estas. Establecer prioridades en cuanto de clientes se trata es precisamente este factor el que permitirá mantener a la empresa en constante desarrollo por cuanto no existe un marketing relacional que se de forma directa con el consumidor. Por esta razón el presente estudio de caso es conocer cómo y cuáles son las estrategias de marketing que se han venido aplicando al largo de toda esta trayectoria como empresa, contexto indispensable para lograr un jugoso éxito en la empresa. La investigación analizó la información a través de clientes actuales como de ambiguos además se aplicó entrevista al Gerente- Propietario para obtener los respectivos datos. Por último, se concluye que el Comercial Moreira no rigüe a un método debidamente abalado por profesionales que le permiten introducir conocimiento en dicho lugar, aspecto que denota la escasez de estrategias de ventas teniendo como consecuencia debilidades respecto a la competencia. El escenario descrito imposibilita que la empresa cree una ventaja competitiva.es_ES
