dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se desarrolló con el propósito de dar a conocer la gestión de ventas del Bazar María José de la ciudad de Babahoyo, donde se evidenció que el local tiene muchos años establecido el en mercado de las ventas, le hace mucha falta en las actualizaciones que se van presentando con la globalización, como el manejo de inventario, la actualización de plataformas de marketing como las redes sociales y actualización de cartera de clientes, pero que aun a pesar de todos los inconvenientes que ha tenido en el transcurso del tiempo es uno de los negocios mas solidos y de confianza para la población Babahoyense. Para llevar a cabo el presente caso de estudio se realizó la observación directa y las técnicas de cuestionario a los clientes frecuentes y una entrevista a la dueña del establecimiento con preguntas claves que ayudaron a entender la situación por la que esta pasando el local y así poder determinar y brindar alternativas de mejora en la gestión de ventas del Bazar María José. | es_ES |
