dc.description | The German Silva pantry, is located in the Mata de cacao sector, belonging to the Febres Cordero parish, is dedicated to the marketing of products from the basic basket, it is one of the largest entities in the town, considering that since 2015 offers its products to the market, however the administration that they carry in them has maintained it empirically, which has not contributed to its development, thus coming to consider the analysis of strategies that contribute to the establishment of sales, the same that act directly at the point of sale. It is for this reason that this research project has focused on conducting a comprehensive analysis of each of the activities that are carried out in the pantry, thus considering the analysis of the elements, activities and strategies that merchandising has. Thus, the proposal resulting from the research was directed to identify and design merchandising strategies that allow renewing the image of the pantry, as well as the points of sale and execution of activities related to the classification and ordering of products, contributing in a way considerable to the sales that the pantry has, such as the experience of the clients. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El despensa German Silva, se encuentra ubicada en el sector Mata de cacao, perteneciente a la parroquia Febres Cordero, está dedicado a la comercialización de productos de la canasta básica, es una de las entidades más grandes de la localidad, considerando que desde el 2015 brinda sus productos al mercado, sin embargo la administración que llevan en ellos lo han mantenido de forma empírica, lo cual no ha contribuido en el desarrollo de él, llegando así a considerar indispensable el análisis de estrategias que contribuyan al establecimiento en las ventas , las mismas que actúen directamente en el punto de venta. Es por esta razón que el presente proyecto de investigación se ha enfocado a realizar un amplio análisis de cada una de las actividades que se ejecutan en la despensa, considerando así el análisis de los elementos, actividades y estrategias que tiene el merchandising. Así, la propuesta resultante de la investigación se direccionó para identificar y diseñar estrategias de merchandising que permitan renovar la imagen del despensa, así como los puntos de ventas y ejecución de las actividades relacionadas a la clasificación y el ordenamiento de los productos, contribuyendo de forma considerable a las ventas que tiene el despensa, como la experiencia de los clientes. | es_ES |
