| dc.description | The present research work focuses on the analysis for the development of a gis system for the generation of information on socio-economic indicators for the La Unión Parish in the Province of Los Ríos. As a first step, we sought to obtain a current overview of how important ICT units are in public institutions, since they must have the implementation of systems that allow automating processes that give a significant result at the institutional level. We have carried out this descriptive research - it would explore, observing shortcomings that exist in a notorious way in the majority of the GAD Decentralized Autonomous Governments, as regards time in the processing of documents with the respective processes of the needs that each sector has and enclosure, errors in the database, inappropriate responses to users, etc. For which this system associated with the ICT unit will allow to reduce times, streamline processes and therefore promote the development of rural communities at the operational level, adapted to digital technology. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en el análisis para el desarrollo de un sistema GIS para la generación de información de indicadores socio-económico para la Parroquia La Unión de la Provincia de los Ríos. Como primer paso, se buscó obtener un panorama actual de lo importante que es las unidades TICs en las instituciones públicas ya que se debe contar con la implementación de sistemas que permitan automatizar procesos que den un resultado significativo a nivel institucional. hemos realizado esta investigación descriptiva – exploraría, observando carencias que existen de manera notoria en su mayoría en los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados GAD, en cuanto se refiere a tiempo en la tramitación de documentos con los respectivos procesos de las necesidades que tiene cada sector y recinto, errores en la base de datos, respuestas inapropiadas a los usuarios, etc. Por la cual con este sistema asociado a la unidad TICs permitirá disminuir tiempos, agilizar procesos y por ende promover al desarrollo de las comunidades rurales a nivel operativo, adaptado a la tecnología digital. | es_ES |
