| dc.description.abstract | La gestión administrativa es un tema muy relevante para las empresas, ya que hoy en día todas sin considerar su tamaño deben trabajar basándose en estrategias para mejorar los modelos para mejorar su productividad en el presente estudio de caso su comercialización, ya que de ello depende su funcionamiento. En tal sentido y de acuerdo a la problemática que se observó gracias a la aplicación de los recursos como la encuesta es preciso mencionar que la desorganización es la principal causa que les ha generado pérdidas considerables, así como desacuerdos entre la parte administrativa y los empleados en general, que en ciertos momentos han tomado la decisión de parar la mano de obra por la falta de pagos a entidades específicamente como el seguro social. Por esta razón se planteó el objetivo de investigación: identificar los factores que influyen en la gestión administrativa de la empresa movilizadora de frutas tropicales de producción y comercialización la Clementina FRUCOMCLE, mediante un análisis de la situación actual, que permita el desarrollo de actividades y el control de los procesos, es decir que ayudó a determinar lo que está sucediendo y como se puede dar respuesta a tal situación, considerando las fortalezas con las que cuenta y debilidades que se deben mejorar. | es_ES |
