dc.descriptionThe present case study was carried out due to the series of difficulties presented by the technical area, which is in charge of keeping an inventory and controlling the proper support and maintenance for each of the items that this company has, and providing solutions to problems. without numbers of inconvenience that was presented with the clients of the Artefacta store in the San Juan Parish at the time of requiring said appliance, for this clear and specific objectives were established, thus maintaining a line and subline of research that go according to my career professional, in turn, a bibliographical investigation was carried out, which allowed to know exactly what and how the processes that are executed are, so that it has more exact knowledge of said topics, prior to all this, tools such as a survey were used. that was applied to the personnel of the artefacta warehouse and the results were obtained that allowed to demonstrate in depth what are the p art where it is most needed to improve, in this way it was possible to establish the appropriate conclusions and of course the pertinent recommendations, which are expected to be very helpful and are taken into account when carrying out their processes, since with this it is intended ensure that both the technical area of this company and the warehouse meet the objectives that have been proposed but above all provide the customer with a timely, efficient and effective service.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso fue ejecutado debido a las series de dificultades que presenta el área técnica, la cual es encargada de llevar un inventario y control el debido soporte y mantenimiento a cada uno de los artículos que tiene esta empresa, y dar solución a los sin números de inconveniente que se estaba presentado con los cliente del almacén Artefacta en la Parroquia San Juan al momento de requerir dicho electrodoméstico, para ello se estableció objetivos claros y concretos, manteniendo así una línea y sublinea de investigación que van de acorde a mi carrera profesional, a su vez se realizó una investigación bibliográfica la misma que permitió conocer con exactitud cuáles y como son los procesos que se ejecutan, para que esta tenga conocimientos más exactos de dichos temas, previo a todo esto se utilizó herramientas como una encuesta la misma que fue aplicada al personal del almacén artefacta y se obtuvo los resultados que permitieron evidenciar con profundad cuáles son las parte donde más se necesita mejorar, de esa manera se pudo llegar a establecer las debidas conclusiones y por supuestos las recomendaciones pertinente, que se espera sea de mucha ayuda y se tomen en cuenta al momento de llevar sus procesos, ya que con ello se pretende lograr que tanto el área técnica de esta empresa como el almacén cumplan con los objetivos que se han propuesto pero sobre todo brinden al cliente un servicio oportuno, eficiente y eficaz.es_ES
