At the national level there is a great demand in the purchase and sale of mass consumption products, whether they are personal or basic necessities, but for there to be good sales in the market, it is necessary that the staff of El Favorito be trained and motivated to provide a better service. The training and motivational courses given to the employees are essential for the good quality and efficiency of the business sales. That is why the objective of this research is to generate innovative communication strategies to create motivational campaigns, which are a contribution to the growth of human talent within the commercial Favorito.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl pilar fundamental de cualquier comercial son sus empleados, conocidos como los clientes internos y el capital intelectual de una organización; su función básica es dar al cliente externo un servicio personalizado, especial, de calidad y eficiente. Son el rostro y conectores del servicio que ofrecen; y sirven de intermediarios entre lo que se vende y los servicios que dan a los clientes externos. A nivel nacional existe una gran demanda en la compra y venta de productos de consumo masivo, ya sean estos personales o de primera necesidad, pero para que existan buenas ventas en el mercado, es necesario que el personal del comercial El Favorito sea capacitado y motivado para brindar un mejor servicio. Las capacitaciones y cursos motivacionales que se les otorgue a los empleados son fundamentalmente para la buena calidad y eficacia en las ventas del negocio. Es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es generar innovadoras estrategias de comunicación para crear campañas de motivación, que sean un aporte para el crecimiento del talento humano dentro del comercial Favorito.es_ES
