| dc.description | This research was born with the purpose of evaluating the use of an ERP system and propose the best alternative for its subsequent implementation in the company, in order to improve processes, integrate the information of the sales area, which aims to reduce the time in the various processes, provide greater storage capacity and optimize the resources of the company, to improve the profitability of the company. Nowadays, the advance of technology and globalization promotes that companies strategically manage their resources in such a way that they have the possibility to count on them in an efficient way. Inventory management belongs to the most cumbersome accounting processes because it is part of the supply chain and its management. As a final result, the implementation of an ERP system for inventory control was evaluated, where the environment of the current system was known and the functional requirements and feasibility study were carried out, which served to identify the technical resources needed by the company and the investment to be made to implement this project. After the results obtained from the economic feasibility study, it was determined that the implementation of this project does not require a large investment, since the company does have the necessary resources. This shows that the implementation of the ERP system is economically viable. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación nace con el propósito evaluar la uso de un sistema ERP y proponer la mejor alternativa para su posterior implementación en la empresa, con el fin de poder mejorar los procesos, integrar la información del área de ventas, la cual pretende disminuir de los tiempos en los distintos procesos, proporcionar una mayor capacidad almacenamiento y optimizar los recursos de la empresa, para mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa. En la actualidad el avance de la tecnología y la globalización promueve que las empresas manejan estratégicamente sus recursos de forma que tienen la posibilidad de contar con ellos de manera eficiente, la administración de inventarios pertenece a los procesos contables más engorrosos debido a que es parte de la cadena de abasto y la gestión de la misma. la mayor parte de las organizaciones en el mundo adoptan metodologías de trabajo en busca de superiores resultados, con el fin de que sus procesos estén alineados con la perspectiva y tarea de la compañía.Como resultado final se evaluó la implementación un sistema ERP para el control de inventarios en donde se conoció el entorno del sistema actual y se realizó los requerimientos funcionales y el estudio de factibilidad los cuales sirvieron para identificar los recursos técnicos que necesita la empresa y sobre la inversión que deberá hacer para poner en marcha este proyecto. Luego del resultado obtenido de la factibilidad económica se determinó que la ejecución de este proyecto no necesita de una gran inversión, ya que la empresa si cuenta con los recursos necesarios.
