dc.descriptionThe present case study determined the incidence of love breakup in the emotional state of a 16-year-old adolescent from the Educational Unit August 10 of the Vinces Canton, techniques and tools were implemented that have allowed obtaining information in a truthful way; as they have been, the application of psychometric batteries; for example, the HTP test, the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) and the Adolescent Self-Descriptive Inventory have been used, where a diagnosis could be reached according to the DSM 5 and ICD-10 criteria. During this process of love breakup, the emotional state of the adolescent was affected, which has led to her experiencing symptoms with depressive characteristics. As established, a Moderate Depressive Episode was obtained as a diagnosis with the following codes DSM 5, 296.22 and ICD-10, F32.1, since then, a psychotherapeutic intervention plan has been developed with a Cognitive Behavioral approach, applying techniques What; psychoeducation; differentiating events, thoughts and feelings; explain how thoughts create feelings; programming of activities and relaxation techniques, the same ones that allowed obtaining favorable results in the adolescent so that she can resume her daily activities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se determinó la incidencia de la ruptura amorosa en el estado emocional de una adolescente de 16 años de edad de la Unidad Educativa 10 de agosto del Cantón Vinces, se implementaron técnicas y herramientas que han permitido obtener información de forma veraz; como han sido, la aplicación de baterías psicométricas; por ejemplo, se ha utilizado el test HTP, el Inventario de Depresión de Beck (BDI) y el Inventario Autodescriptivo del Adolescente, donde, se pudo llegar a un diagnóstico según los criterios del DSM 5 Y CIE-10. Durante este proceso de ruptura amorosa se vio afectada el estado emocional de la adolescente, lo que ha conllevado a que experimente una sintomatología con características depresivas. Según lo establecido, se obtuvo como diagnostico un Episodio Depresivo Moderado con los siguientes códigos DSM 5, 296.22 y CIE-10, F32.1, a partir de entonces, se ha desarrollado un plan de intervención psicoterapéutico con un enfoque Cognitivo Conductual, aplicando técnicas como; la psicoeducación; diferenciando eventos, pensamientos y sentimientos; explicar cómo los pensamientos crean sentimientos; programación de actividades y técnicas de relajación, las mismas que permitieron obtener resultados favorables en la adolescente y así pueda retomar sus actividades cotidianas.es_ES
