dc.descriptionThe present case study were made out in the Vinces Fire Department specifically in the secretary area, which has as its primary objective to analyze the aspects that imply poor job performance where it mainly involves the business management carried out by the secretary of said institution, so that the results obtained through the techniques applied in this interview serve as a focus for the solutions that will favor the aforementioned problem, and in such a way that the reader of this work acquires more knowledge about the negative things that affect impulse a labor incompetence and also in positive aspects that contribute to the success of the organization. Regarding the problem, a public company was chosen as a research technique by which aspects were identified that influence the idea that an individual can have a very high job performance, but it is not lucrative because factors such as the work environment and the level of attitude of a secretary intervene when implementing activities efficiently.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso fue realizado en el Cuerpo de Bomberos de Vinces específicamente en el área de secretaria, el cual tiene como objetivo primordial analizar los aspectos que implican el bajo desempeño laboral donde involucra principalmente en las gestiones empresariales desarrolladas por la secretaria de dicha institución, de manera que los resultados obtenidos por medio de las técnicas aplicadas en esta entrevista sirvan de enfoque para las soluciones que favorecerán con el problema mencionado, y de tal manera que el lector de este trabajo adquiera más conocimientos sobre las cosas negativas que incidan en impulsar una incompetencia laboral y también en aspectos positivos que aporten al éxito de la organización. En cuestión a la problemática, fue elegida una empresa de carácter público como técnica de investigación por el cual se identificaron aspectos que influían en la idea de que un individuo puede tener un desempeño laboral muy alto, pero no es lucrativa porque factores como el clima laboral y el nivel de actitud de una secretaria intervienen al momento de efectuar las actividades de manera eficiente.es_ES
