dc.descriptionThe present case study was carried out in the Palacios Workshop in the city of Guayaquil, Mapasingue Oeste, on Fifth Street and Sixth Avenue, on the technical skills of the secretarial staff, because they are important for the normal development of activities because facilitate the work of the other members of the workshop through some of its functions. For this reason, the objective of the research is to analyze the incidence of technical skills in the administrative secretaries of Taller Palacios. The methodology in the case study was made up of the type of descriptive and field research; In addition, the inductive method was used because it allowed the identification of the findings at the study site for the establishment of general conclusions. The survey technique was applied to the secretarial and administrative staff through the respective questionnaire of questions. The results obtained were that the professionals in the secretariat during the development of their activities do not usually apply adequate techniques of writing, spelling, computer science and the secretarial staff, despite fulfilling several of their roles, have deficiencies when managing the file because do not use methods that help to identify them easily. It is concluded, the functions of the secretarial staff are essential in the company, they are in charge of several activities that allow the development of activities of the administrative area or of their colleagues, by providing them with information, documents, writing reports, among others.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realizó en el Taller Palacios de la ciudad de Guayaquil, Mapasingue Oeste, en la Calle Quinta y Avenida Sexta, sobre las habilidades técnicas del personal de secretaría, debido a que son importantes para el desarrollo normal de las actividades porque facilita el trabajo de los demás miembros del taller mediante algunas de sus funciones. Por tal motivo, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar la incidencia de las habilidades técnicas en las secretarias administrativas del Taller Palacios. La metodología en el estudio de caso estuvo conformada por lo tipo de investigación descriptiva y de campo; además, se empleó el método inductivo porque permitió la identificación de los hallazgos en el lugar de estudio para el establecimiento de conclusiones generales. Se aplicó la técnica de encuesta al personal de secretarias y administrativas mediante el respetivo cuestionario de preguntas. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que los profesionales en secretaría durante el desarrollo de sus actividades no suelen aplicar técnicas adecuada de redacción, ortografía, informática y el personal de secretaria a pesar de cumplir con varios de sus roles, tiene deficiencia al momento de gestionar el archivo porque no utiliza métodos que ayuden a identificarlos con facilidad. Se concluye, las funciones de las secretarias son esenciales en la empresa porque se encargan de varias actividades que permiten el desarrollo de actividades del área administrativa o de sus compañeros, al proporcionarles información, documentos, redactar informes, entre otras.es_ES
