dc.description | The communication process of public institutions in Ecuador has been extended to the digital, forming part of the internet and the different platforms. These digital media allow institutions to promote their brand and communication strategies, promoting their own content, where they make known the works, services and other procedures that the institution carries out, which allows interaction with users of social networks. as official channels of the institution. The Government of Los Ríos uses platforms such as Facebook and Twitter to share content with its users. The purpose of this case study was to delimit the content produced by the Government of Los Ríos and demonstrate whether said content favors or disfavors the management of corporate communication. in the year 2020 in said institution. Finally, it was concluded that there is no adequate management of corporate communication management in said institution. It was evidenced that there is no website where the governance axes of the institution are disclosed, as well as its vision and mission, in addition it is probably that the official communication channels do not have a correct management of the information of the institution . dc.description.abstract | El proceso de comunicación de las instituciones pública en el Ecuador se ha extendido a lo digital, formando parte de internet y las distintas plataformas. Estos medios digitales les permiten a las instituciones fomentar su marca y estrategias de comunicación, propiciando sus propios contenidos, en donde dan a conocer las obras, servicios y demás gestiones que la institución realiza, lo que permite la interacción con los usuarios de las redes sociales como canales oficiales de la institución. La gobernación de Los Ríos utiliza plataformas como Facebook y Twitter para compartir contenido con sus usuarios, el presente estudio de caso tuvo como finalidad delimitar los contenidos que produce la Gobernación de Los Ríos y demostrar si dichos contenidos favorecen o desfavorecen la gestión de la comunicación corporativa en el año 2020 en dicha institución. Finalmente, se concluyó que no existe un adecuado manejo de la gestión de la comunicación corporativa en dicha institución. Se evidencio que no existe una web site donde se de a conocer los ejes de gobernabilidad de la institución, así también, como su visión y misión, además se demostró que los canales de comunicación oficial no tienen una correcta gestión de la información de la institución. Se utilizó dos herramientas de software libre para monitorear una de las redes sociales que se utilizan como canales oficiales para difundir la información sobre la gestión de la Gobernación. | es_ES |
