| dc.description | At present, commercial management is a key point in terms of technology, implementing forms of marketing and the first thing that should be mentioned is that in many cases two concepts are often confused, computer security and information security. The ISO 31000 Standard is the international standard for Risk Management and is designed to be applied in any type of organization, whatever its sector and size, which helps organizations in their analysis and risk assessments, at LOGBAN S.A. The ISO 31000 standard will have the function of regulating and managing the existing risk, providing the necessary tools to implement all security processes at an operational and strategic level. This case study is under the research subline of the Systems Engineering career: “Intelligent software and hardware networks and technologies”; therefore, the purpose of this case study is to assess the risks of the infrastructure in the LOGBAN company based on the ISO31000 standard, the main objective of the research is to identify and evaluate the most important risks that affect the company's infrastructure. LOGBAN S.A. where it performs the activity of sales and export of bananas, agricultural inputs, etc. The result of this study shows the importance of the management handled by LOGBAN S.A., among other service companies, working together to ensure that their operations are carried out under terms and conditions, especially in the case of micro-enterprises. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad la gestión comercial es un punto clave en lo que compete a la tecnología implementando formas de comercialización y lo primero que se debe mencionar es que en muchos casos se suelen confundir dos conceptos, la seguridad informática y la seguridad de la información. La Norma ISO 31000 es la norma internacional para la Gestión de Riesgos y está diseñada para poderse aplicar en cualquier tipo de organización, sea cual sea su sector y tamaño lo cual ayuda a las organizaciones en sus análisis y evaluaciones de riesgos, en LOGBAN S.A. la norma ISO 31000, va a tener la función de regular y gestionar el riesgo existente, brindar las herramientas necesarias para implementar todos los procesos de seguridad a nivel operativo como estratégico. Este caso de estudio está bajo la sublínea de investigación de la carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas: “Redes y tecnologías inteligentes de software y hardware”; por lo tanto, el presente caso de estudio tiene como finalidad una Evaluación de riesgos de la infraestructura en la empresa LOGBAN basado en la norma ISO31000, el objetivo principal de la investigación es identificar y evaluar los riesgos más importantes que afectan la infraestructura de la empresa LOGBAN S.A. en donde desempeña la actividad de las ventas y exportación de banano, insumos agrícolas, etc. El resultado de este estudio evidencia la importancia de la gestión que maneja LOGBAN S.A., entre otras empresas de servicios trabajen en conjunto para asegurar que sus operaciones se realicen en términos y condiciones, especialmente en el caso de las microempresas. | es_ES |
