With the development of this work, it will be possible to determine the level of satisfaction of the users who come to the facilities of this public company in order that the collaborators of this place can improve their quality strategies in terms of the service they offer to citizens. For the collection of information, a survey was carried out on users who normally go to carry out a procedure or request a service, where it was concluded that this institution lacks quality services for the Babahoyense citizenry, that is, the administrative management is deficient. | dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se desarrollará en la Ciudad de Babahoyo en la empresa municipal de saneamiento ambiental EMSABA EP en donde el objetivo principal era analizar la gestión administrativa. Con el desarrollo de este trabajo se podrá determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a las instalaciones de esta empresa pública con la finalidad que los colaboradores de este lugar puedan mejorar sus estrategias de calidad en cuanto al servicio que ofrecen a la ciudadanía Babahoyense. Para la recolección de información se realizó una encuesta a los usuarios que acuden normalmente a realizar algún trámite o a solicitar algún servicio en donde se concluyó que esta institución carece de servicios de calidad a la ciudadanía Babahoyense, es decir la gestión administrativa es deficiente. Este trabajo investigativo está alineado a las líneas de investigación de la carrera que es Gestión financiera administrativa y en conjunto con la sublinea empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. | es_ES |
