| dc.description | The present case seeks to understand the problem that occurs in the establishment of the commercial Your Economy, which is why the Human Talent Management study was developed in the commercial YOUR ECONOMY in the city of Babahoyo period 2021, its owner Mr. Edgar Gaglay Tasghacho is the one who manages it, however, he does not have the necessary knowledge about the human resources area, being responsible for selecting, recruiting and correctly hiring the personnel that is part of the organization, since he does not have this area for the correct management of the functions and processes carried out by the staff that works in the company have been making decisions that then affect the business both economically and productively. This project aims to "Analyze the Management of Human Talent and its impact on the commercial Your Economy of the City of Babahoyo, due to the dissatisfaction of customers who do not receive the adequate attention they deserve, since the workers do not receive any type of benefits do not provide a quality service. As a research method, the inductive and deductive method was applied, since the application of these methods was fundamental for the investigation, since they start from the analysis of the specific and particular facts raised in the company. qualitative and quantitative, because the different types of concepts, theories were analyzed and the tabulations of the survey were made. of the data were the interview directed to the owner of the company and the survey to the workers of the company. | dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio busca comprender el problema que ocurre en el establecimiento del comercial Su Economía, razón por la cual se desarrolló el tema de Gestión del Talento Humano en el comercial SU ECONOMÍA de la ciudad de Babahoyo período 2021, su propietario el señor Edgar Gaglay Tasghacho es quien lo administra sin embargo no posee los conocimientos necesarios sobre el área de recursos humanos siendo está la responsable de seleccionar, reclutar y contratar correctamente al personal que forma parte de la organización, al no contar con está área para el manejo correcto de las funciones y procesos realizadas por el personal que labora en la empresa se han venido tomando decisiones que afectan al negocio tanto en lo económico como en lo productivo. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo "Analizar la Gestión de Talento Humano y su incidencia en el comercial Su Economía de la Ciudad de Babahoyo, debido a la insatisfacción de los clientes que no reciben la atención adecuada que merecen pues lo trabajadores al no percibir ningún tipo de beneficios no brindan un servicio de calidad. Como método de investigación se aplicó el método inductivo y deductivo pues la aplicación de estos métodos fue fundamental para la investigación, ya que parten del análisis de los hechos específicos y particulares planteados en la empresa. Se utilizó la modalidad de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, porque se analizó los diferentes tipos de conceptos, teorías y se realizó las tabulaciones de la encuesta. También se utilizó el método descriptivo para obtener información sobre los problemas presentados en la organización, las técnicas de investigación para la recolección de los datos fueron la entrevista dirigida al propietario de la empresa y la encuesta a los trabajadores de la empresa. Se evidenció que un alto porcentaje del personal que se siente desmotivado e insatisfecho debido a que no reciben ningún tipo de beneficios. | es_ES |
