| dc.description | Currently, the growing evolution of information systems has brought with it technological advances in the field of information technology, which has generated great changes in the administrative models of companies and work processes, achieving a good level of service. In the San Vicente pharmacy in the parish of Isla de Bejucal, the process is perceived as an activity in charge of a group of people. It is required that the information system be deployed in the organization so that the management of corporate information is generated, controlled and shared by the generators of the information themselves, of the new branches to be opened. From the systemic point of view, the information system in the San Vicente pharmacy in the parish of Bejucal Island will be distributed in several locations and will support several processes distributed in the following areas: administrative, financial, information and communication systems, as well as the information of the products available for sale; all processes are oriented to maintain the design, construction, operation and maintenance management of all the company's assets. On the other hand, limited applications that can be developed quickly can provide substantial security and time-saving benefits. The data or information that the company has is helpful in expanding to more branches and providing better access to customers, but it does not have the technological equipment to meet these requirements, such as web servers and updated operating systems to improve the company's business. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, la creciente evolución de los sistemas de información a traído como avances tecnológicos en el campo informático, ha generado grandes cambios en los modelos administrativos de las empresas y procesos de trabajo logrando un buen nivel de servicio. En la farmacia San Vicente de la parroquia Isla de Bejucal el proceso se percibe como una actividad a cargo de un grupo de personas. Se requiere que el sistema de información se despliegue en la organización de forma que la gestión de la información corporativa se genere, controle y comparta por parte de los propios generadores de la información, de las nuevas sucursales que se desean abrir. Desde el punto de vista sistémico, el sistema de información en la farmacia San Vicente de la parroquia Isla de Bejucal será distribuido en varias locales y soportará varios procesos distribuidos en las siguientes áreas: administrativa, financiera, sistemas de información y comunicación, así como el de información de los productos disponibles para la venta; todos los procesos están orientados a mantener la gestión de diseño, construcción, operación y mantenimiento de todos los activos de la empresa. Por otro lado, las aplicaciones limitadas que pueden ser desarrolladas rápidamente pueden proporcionar beneficios sustanciales de seguridad y ahorro de tiempo. Los datos o la información que posee la empresa son de ayuda para poder expandir a más sucursales y que los clientes puedan acceder de mejor manera, pero no cuenta con equipos tecnológicos que sirvan para atender estos requerimientos tales como servidores web y sistemas operativos actualizados para una mejora en la empresa. | es_ES |
