| dc.description.abstract | La tecnología según Mario Bunge (1997) define la tecnología como la técnica que emplea conocimiento científico; según Thompson, es el conocimiento de las características y especificaciones de un producto o servicio diseñado a partir de las necesidades de los procesos de fabricación del mercado. Basándonos en estos conceptos iniciales, la tecnología es necesaria para solventar productos o servicios de la sociedad, ya que está inmersa en el mundo tecnológico y esto nos da paso a la fabricación, estudio y análisis de la implementación en la inteligencia artificial que esté designada a realizar actividades humanas/sociales, solventando los requerimientos de la propia como son el caso de asistentes y call center virtuales con el fin de generar experiencias al usuario sin imprevistos y de métodos más precisos. Lo que se cuestiona a la tecnología es que esta remplazando el trabajo humano llevándonos a concientizar con una pregunta clave dentro de la sociedad, la cual cuestiona que tan importante es la tecnología dentro de nuestro día a día, y que tanto se está apropiando de nuestras vidas a la la sociedad. | es_ES |
