| dc.description | The purpose of the nursing care process presented is to identify the altered needs, correct, maintain and rehabilitate the patient through the application of knowledge and procedures with the purpose of recovering their health in the shortest possible time; in this case an infant diagnosed with UNSPECIFIED PNEUMONIA and INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION. Today pneumonia is one of the main causes of death in infants, its main affectation is the pulmonary alveoli, which compromises the respiratory system. This infectious disease, if not treated promptly, can have complications such as acute respiratory failure, lung abscess, and congestive heart failure. Intestinal obstruction is a significant mechanical change or complete cessation of bowel movement due to disease that causes a blockage in the intestines. We proceed to the elaboration of the nursing care process based on the 11 functional patterns of MARJORY GORDON, an individualized care plan was designed aimed at maintaining the functional patterns for this, the following taxonomies were used: NANDA (Diagnosis), NIC (Interventions), NOC (Results). | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Proceso de atención de enfermería que se presenta tiene como finalidad identificar las necesidades alteradas, corregir mantener y rehabilitar al paciente por medio de la aplicación de conocimientos y procedimientos con el propósito de que este recobre en el menor tiempo posible su salud; en este caso un lactante con diagnóstico de NEUMONÍA NO ESPECIFICADA y OBSTRUCCIÓN INTESTINAL. Hoy en día la neumonía es una de las causas principales de muerte en infantes, su principal afectación son los alveolos pulmonares, lo que compromete el aparato respiratorio. Esta enfermedad infecciosa si no es tratada oportunamente puede tener complicaciones como fallo respiratorio agudo, absceso pulmonar, insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva. La obstrucción intestinal es un cambio mecánico significativo o el cese completo del movimiento intestinal debido a una enfermedad que causa un bloqueo en los intestinos. Se procede a la elaboración del proceso de atención de enfermería basado en los 11 patrones funcionales de MARJORY GORDON se diseñó un plan de cuidados individualizado encaminado al mantenimiento de los patrones funcionales para este se utilizaron las taxonomías: NANDA (Diagnostico), NIC (Intervenciones), NOC (Resultados). | es_ES |
