| dc.description | Body dysmorphic disorder is a mental illness that presents very repetitive thoughts, lack of empathy, low self-esteem, self-acceptance by the affected person, exaggerated and obsessive worry. It presents with symptoms in which the individual qualifies their anatomy such as the face, eyes, mouth, nose, ears or facial features with a lot of anguish, anxiety. The person who acquires this disorder has a limited social life. It is presented in this case study of a 14-year-old adolescent in the city of Montalvo who has body dysmorphic disorder, his affectation was presented by verbal violence, reconstructed or complex family, bullying, all these problems towards his body image leading at some point to get suicidal thoughts, this mental disorder according to the DSM-V. he is diagnosed under code TDC 300.7(f45.22) to obtain the findings of the case, sections were discovered in which the patient's clinical history was obtained through direct observation and then applied psychometric tests such as the Anxiety Inventory Test Beck Test (BAI), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Test and the IDA Adolescent Depression Test. | dc.description.abstract | El trastorno dismórfico corporal es una enfermedad mental que presenta pensamientos muy repetitivos, falta de empatía, baja autoestima, aceptación propia por parte de la persona afectada, preocupación exagerada y obsesiva. Se presenta con síntomas en los cuales el individuo califica su anatomía como la cara, los ojos, boca, nariz orejas o características faciales con muchísima angustia, ansiedad. La persona que adquiere este trastorno tiene limitada su vida social. Se presenta en este estudio de caso de una adolescente de 14 años en la ciudad de Montalvo quien posee trastorno dismórfico corporal su afectación se presentó por violencia verbal, familia reconstruida o compleja, bullying, todas estas problemáticas hacia su imagen corporal llevando en algún momento a obtener pensamientos suicidas, este trastorno mental según el DSM-V. se lo diagnostica bajo el código TDC 300.7(f45.22) para obtener los hallazgos del caso se realizó secciones en las que por medio de la observación directa se obtuvo la historia clínica del paciente para luego aplicar pruebas psicométricas como el Test del inventario de ansiedad de Beck (BAI), Test de autoestima de Rosenberg y el Test de depresión en la adolescencia IDA.
