The techniques or strategies are a compilation of methodologies, plans and various procedures that have been structured so that an organization can obtain various benefits in the marketing area and that its objectives are focused on the organization in the short, medium and long term. For data collection, the SWOT matrix is very useful since within the strategies it allows companies to convert their products or services into various options to enter the market, identifying their internal and external aspects and then generating alternatives to improve them with the market. It allows customers to be interested in learning about the brand and encouraged to purchase its products.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se basa de análisis de las estrategias de marketing de la Imprenta y Encuadernación “MODERNA”, ya que en la actualidad es una base fundamental para que una empresa se pueda desenvolver en el mercado y es importante reconocer que los sistemas de ventas han evolucionado con el pasar de los años. Las técnicas o estrategias son una recopilación de metodologías, planificaciones y diversos procedimientos que han sido estructurados para que una organización pueda obtener varios beneficios en el área de marketing y que sus objetivos sean enfocados a la organización a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Para la recopilación de datos dentro es muy útil la matriz FODA ya que dentro de las estrategias permite que las empresas conviertan sus productos o servicios varias opciones para introducirse en el mercado, identificando sus aspectos internos y externos para posteriormente generar alternativas en mejora de ellos con el mercado. Permite que los clientes tengan que interesarse en conocer la marca y se animen a adquirir sus productos.es_ES
