| dc.description | The case study entitled "Financial management in the Multicommercial company "AP" in the city of Babahoyo Period 2022", which its main economic activity is hardware products, construction, household supplies, bazaar and varieties and has as a general objective; Evaluate the financial management of the Multicommercial company "A.P" through an analysis of the current situation of the company, for the study of the administrative-financial area, the Inductive-deductive and Analytical-synthetic method was applied, since it will allow to investigate bases to Starting from facts and in this way generating pertinent comments for the development of this case study, the techniques that are implemented were the following: the interview technique with the financial personnel and a second interview with the owner manager, reaching the conclusion of the following: The study is framed under the guidelines established by the Technical University of Babahoyo with which it was sought to determine and know the problematic factors presented in the Multicommercial company "A.P" so that it has been identified deficit in the current management of the financial management system and the administrative control of goods between the different departments, which has caused an equivocal planning on the budget management used, which has caused that these and other peculiarities cannot be invested in more suppliers Negatives that affect sales, are detailed in more depth in the development of this study. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso titulado “Gestión financiera en la empresa Multicomercial “AP” en la ciudad de Babahoyo Periodo 2022”, la cual su principal actividad económica es productos ferreteros, construcción, insumos para el hogar, bazar y variedades y tiene como objetivo general; Evaluar la gestión financiera de la empresa Multicomercial “A.P” mediante un análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, para el estudio del área administrativa-financiera, se aplicó el método Inductivo–deductivo y Analítico-sintético, puesto que permitirá indagar bases a partir de hechos y de esta manera generar comentarios pertinentes para el desarrollo de este estudio de caso, las técnicas que se implementan fueron las siguientes: la técnica de la entrevista hacia el personal financiero y una segunda entrevista hacia la gerente propietaria, llegando a concluir lo siguiente: El estudio está enmarcado bajo los lineamientos establecidos por la Universidad técnica. de Babahoyo con los cuales se buscó determinar y conocer los factores problemáticos presentados en la empresa Multicomercial “A.P” de manera que se ha identificado. déficit en la gestión actual del sistema de gestión financiera y el control administrativo de bienes entre los diferentes departamento, la cual ha ocasionado una equívoca planificación sobre el manejo presupuestario utilizado, lo que ha ocasionado que no se pueda invertir en más proveedores estas y otras peculiaridades negativas que afectan en las ventas, se detallan más a fondo en el desarrollo del presente estudio. | es_ES |
