Nowadays, we live in an era of consumerism, where there are always people with needs to acquire products, either because they like them or because they need them. Therefore, it is essential that both large and small companies are able to meet these needs, and if necessary, make changes to move forward in the market. The integration of the knowledge acquired in the research will make it possible to identify areas for improvement in the seafood sales process, as well as opportunities for innovation and the implementation of a control system that will allow for more efficient and effective management of the business. In the synthesis of the research, the results obtained will be presented and their implications will be discussed. In addition, recommendations will be proposed for the implementation of the seafood sales control system, with the objective of improving management and increasing the profitability of the business. To carry out this analysis, various methods will be used to collect and analyze information, such as interviews with the owner and surveys of workers and customers, direct observation of the sales process, analysis of documents and sales records, among others. Through these methods, it will be possible to obtain detailed information on the operation of the business and the seafood sales processes. The objective of the research is to identify the problems and opportunities for improvement in the process of selling seafood in the Guillermo business, in order to implement a control system that allows a more efficient and effective management of the business, thus improving its profitability and positioning in the market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos negocios deben estar siempre preparadas y atentas a los cambios en el entorno, ya que éstos pueden afectarles negativamente si no actúan y se adaptan. En la actualidad, vivimos en una era de consumismo, donde siempre hay personas con necesidades de adquirir productos, ya sea porque les gustan o porque los necesitan. Por lo tanto, es fundamental que tanto las grandes como las pequeñas empresas estén en capacidad de satisfacer esas necesidades, y de ser necesario, hacer cambios para seguir adelante en el mercado. La integración de los conocimientos adquiridos en la investigación permitirá identificar las áreas de mejora en el proceso de venta de mariscos, así como las oportunidades de innovación y la implementación de un sistema de control que permita una gestión más eficiente y efectiva del negocio. En la síntesis de la investigación, se presentarán los resultados obtenidos y se discutirán las implicaciones de los mismos. Además, se propondrán recomendaciones para la implementación del sistema de control de venta de mariscos, con el objetivo de mejorar la gestión y aumentar la rentabilidad del negocio. Para llevar a cabo este análisis, se utilizarán diversos métodos para recopilar y analizar información, como entrevistas con el propietario y encuesta a los trabajadores y clientes, observación directa del proceso de venta, análisis de documentos y registros de ventas, entre otros. A través de estos métodos, se podrá obtener información detallada sobre el funcionamiento del negocio y los procesos de venta de mariscos. El objetivo de la investigación es identificar los problemas y oportunidades de mejora en el proceso de venta de mariscos en el negocio Guillermo, con el fin de implementar un sistema de control que permita una gestión más eficiente y efectiva del negocio, mejorando así su rentabilidad y posicionamiento en el mercado.es_ES
