dc.descriptionWith increasing globalization and the passage of time, the Granja Res retail store must adopt new strategies to improve its administrative management, which will translate into benefits for its revenue and sales objectives. The implementation of more effective marketing strategies will allow customers to obtain detailed information about the products, as well as the temporary offers and discounts offered. The objective of this case study "Administrative Management in the Granja Res Commercial Premises in the Parish of Bejucal Island" is to analyze the problems that afflict the business, and by which the processes within the commercial premises are affected towards its customers, starting from theoretical bases of administration mentioned by different authors, which allow us to relate to what is currently experienced within the commercial premises. Inadequate interpersonal relations generate problems in the fulfillment of objectives, since teamwork is not being carried out correctly. This can negatively affect customer service, which can result in the loss of customers to the competition. This study used a qualitative methodology to identify and address the problem in the Granja Res store, located in the parish of Isla Bejucal. This case study is oriented through deductive research because it is based on the study of all the parties involved to give an analysis of the case, hand in hand with the qualitative method which investigates and collects information and data from lived experiences to achieve a better understanding of the problem being addressed, together with bibliographic research applying as a technique for collecting information the interview which will be conducted with the owner of the store.es_ES

dc.description.abstractCon la creciente globalización y el paso del tiempo, el local comercial Granja Res debe adoptar nuevas estrategias para mejorar su gestión administrativa, lo que se traducirá en beneficios para sus ingresos y objetivos de ventas. La implementación de estrategias de marketing más efectivas permitirá a los clientes obtener información detallada sobre los productos, así como las ofertas y descuentos temporales que se ofrecen. El objetivo de este estudio de caso “Gestión Administrativa en el Local Comercial Granja Res de la Parroquia Isla de Bejucal” es analizar la problemática que aqueja al negocio, y por el cual los procesos dentro del local comercial se ven afectados para con sus clientes, partiendo desde bases teóricas de administración mencionadas por distintos autores, que permitan relacionarnos con lo que se vive en la actualidad dentro del local comercial. Las relaciones interpersonales inadecuadas generan problemas en el cumplimiento de objetivos, ya que el trabajo en equipo no se está llevando a cabo correctamente. Esto puede afectar negativamente la atención al cliente, lo que puede resultar en la pérdida de clientes en favor de la competencia. El presente estudio utilizó una metodología cualitativa para identificar y abordar el problema en el local comercial Granja Res, ubicado en la parroquia de Isla Bejucal. Este estudio de caso está orientado mediante una investigación deductiva porque se basa en el estudio de todas las partes involucradas para dar un análisis del caso, de la mano del método cualitativo el cual indaga y recopila información y datos de experiencias vividas para lograr un mejor entendimiento del problema que se está tratando, en conjunto de una investigación bibliográfica aplicando como técnica de recolección de información la entrevista la misma que se realizara al propietario del local comercial.es_ES
