dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to analyze whether Multicomercio El Sambo del Cantón Vinces has implemented sales strategies in the period 2021-2022, therefore, it is desired to answer the following questions: What type of sales strategies does Multicomercio El Sambo del Canton Vinces in the period 2021-2022? Are the results of the application of sales strategies in the El Sambo del Cantón Vinces Multistore known in the 2021-2022 period? In order to answer these questions, a qualitative research methodology was carried out that will allow obtaining reliable information to be able to relate the facts. The type of research is descriptive, which allowed obtaining information without interfering in the events of the company, in addition, the documentary method was applied that facilitated the use of bibliography of both books, magazines, works, among others, in order to form the theoretical framework, He used the inductive method that helped to reach the general conclusions from the particular point of view. The survey technique was applied to a group of people to obtain first-hand information through a structured questionnaire. An interview was also conducted with the manager of the company for which an unstructured questionnaire was designed. This case study is within the research line of the career "Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management" and in the sub-line of the Business Engineering career "Marketing and commercialization".es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como finalidad analizar si Multicomercio El Sambo del Cantón Vinces ha implementado estrategias de ventas en el periodo 2021-2022, por lo tanto, se desea conocer contestar las siguientes preguntas: ¿Qué tipo de estrategias de ventas utilizo Multicomercio El Sambo del Cantón Vinces en el periodo 2021-2022? ¿Se conocen los resultados de la aplicación de las estrategias de ventas en el Multicomercio El Sambo del Cantón Vinces en el periodo 2021-2022? Para poder contestar estas preguntas se realizó una metodología de investigación cualitativa que permitirá obtener información confiable para poder relacionar los hechos. El tipo de investigación es descriptiva lo que permitió obtener información sin interferir en los acontecimientos de la empresa, además se aplicó el método documental que facilito el uso de bibliografía tanto de libros, revistas, trabajos, entre otros para poder conformar el marco teórico, se utilizó el método inductivo que ayudo a llegar a las conclusiones generales desde el punto de vista particular. La técnica de encuesta se aplicó a un grupo de personas para obtener información de primera mano por medio de un cuestionario estructurado. También se realizó una entrevista al gerente de la empresa para lo cual se diseñó un cuestionario no estructurado. El presente estudio de caso está dentro de la línea de investigación de la carrera “Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y de control” y en la sublínea de la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial “Marketing y comercialización”.es_ES
