| dc.description | The present case study was proposed and developed with the objective of verifying if the consumption of psychotropic substances affects the cognitive functions of a 22-year-old patient from the city of Guaranda, the most appropriate and proposed therapy for this problem was cognitive behavioral , with which a psychotherapeutic scheme for the patient was created. The methodology that was used in this work is directed to the scientific investigation of the variables raised such as: Intake of psychotropic substances and the repercussion of cognitive functions, in addition to the application of techniques that benefit the development of work, which created a favorable path. for the therapeutic evolution with the patient, I generate data and versions that support the validity of this investigation, it was also possible to verify the objective and the creation of an optimal process for the individual, the incidence and support of this investigation will generate a broader awareness about of substance use and as these generate negative consequences on cognitive functions, the applied techniques also generated specific and support points to ensure that the patient finds functionality in his life. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se planteó y desarrollo con el objetivo de constatar si el consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas repercute en las funciones cognitivas de un paciente de 22 años de la cuidad de Guaranda, la terapia más adecuada y planteada para esta problemática fue la cognitiva conductual, con la cual se creó un esquema psicoterapéutico para el paciente. La metodología que fue utilizada en este trabajo se dirige a la investigación científica de las variables planteadas tales como: Ingesta de sustancias psicotrópicas y la repercusión de las funciones cognitivas, además la aplicación de técnicas beneficio el desarrollo del trabajo, la cual creo un camino propicio para la evolución terapéutica con el paciente, genero datos y versiones que sustentan la validez de esta investigación, también se logró constatar el objetivo y la creación de un proceso optimo para el individuo, la incidencia y apoyo de esta investigación generara una concientización más amplia acerca del consumo de sustancias y como estas generan consecuencias negativas en las funciones cognitivas, las técnicas aplicadas también generaron puntos específicos y de apoyo para lograr que el paciente encuentre la funcionalidad en su vida. | es_ES |
