dc.description | The deontological criteria of the journalist have an impact and importance on the profile of the communicator, as we currently know, any person who posts news on social networks becomes an issuer, whether it is true or false. The deontological criteria are the core of a person and even more than a journalist, for this reason it must be taken into account in its conventional and interesting way, in this way to be able to say that this project will help us by letting us know about its correct use. for the professional journalist. The methodology and research techniques used in this research were: deductive, inductive and analytical methods together with a descriptive investigation, which allowed us to analyze the deontological tools of a journalistic work company. The results show that more than 50% of affiliates know about the code of ethics of their company, however, the other 50% is not overlooked where it is actually worrying that as professional journalists, they do not know about it. It was also possible to observe that less than 40% made their own merits and volunteers to learn from it and thus put it into practice, for which we conclude that the incentive for it is null. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Los criterios deontológicos del periodista tienen impacto e importancia en el perfil del comunicador, como sabemos actualmente cualquier persona que postea una noticia en redes sociales se convierte en emisor, ya sea esta verdadera o falsa. Los criterios deontológicos son el núcleo de una persona y aun más de un periodista, por esta razón se debe tener en cuenta de su forma convencional e interesante para así, de esta forma poder decir que este proyecto nos ayudará dándonos a conocer sobre su uso correcto para el periodista profesional. La metodología y técnicas de investigación utilizadas en la presente investigación fueron: métodos deductivos, inductivos y analíticos junto a una investigación descriptiva, que permitió analizar las herramientas deontológicas de una empresa de labor periodística. En los resultados se muestra que más del 50% de afiliados conocen acerca del código deontológico de su empresa, sin embargo, no se pasa por alto el otro 50% donde en realidad es preocupante que como profesionales periodistas no conozcan sobre el mismo. También se pudo observar que menos del 40% hacían méritos propios y voluntarios por aprender del mismo y así ponerlo en práctica por lo cual llegamos a la conclusión que el incentivo por el mismo es nulo. | es_ES |
