Its main purpose is to identify and understand the challenges faced by the company "MARG STORE S.A." regarding the lack of effective sales and advertising strategies to retain their customers and promote their products and services. These issues have a negative impact on the company as there is a risk of losing its loyal customer base due to various factors which are discussed in detail in this case study. Clearly in the business world, it is a logical conclusion that a company without effective sales faces the threat of permanent closure. dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso titulado “Estrategias de ventas en la empresa “MARG STORE S.A” de la ciudad de Caluma en el periodo 2022, la cual tiene como actividad comercial, la oferta de diversos modelos de calzados para damas y niñas, Tiene como objetivo general Analizar las estrategias de ventas y los procesos aplicados en la empresa, mediante un diagnóstico situacional para su posicionamiento en el mercado local, se aplicó el método deductivo y las técnicas tales como: Encuesta y entrevista, ya que este método permitió llegar de manera más eficiente y directa a las conclusiones generales basadas en los resultados cuantitativos obtenidos llegando a concluir lo siguiente: El estudio se ha realizado siguiendo las directrices establecidas por la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo. Su propósito principal es identificar y comprender los desafíos que enfrenta la empresa "MARG STORE S.A." en cuanto a la falta de estrategias efectivas de ventas y publicidad para retener a sus clientes y promover sus productos y servicios. Estos problemas tienen un impacto negativo en la empresa, ya que existe el riesgo de perder a su base de clientes leales debido a diversos factores que se analizan en detalle en este estudio de caso. Es evidente que, en el mundo empresarial, es una conclusión lógica que una empresa sin ventas efectivas enfrenta la amenaza de cierre permanente.
