dc.description.abstractLos resultados de la encuesta y la entrevista a los integrantes de la empresa nos dirigió que no se encuentran satisfecho con cada una de sus responsabilidades que van en desacuerdo de cada uno de sus cargos realizando actividades que no son de acuerdo a su cargo si no otras lo cual ocasiona que se convierta en una debilidad institucional provocando esto que exista menos productividad y pérdidas de tiempo para la empresa lo que ocasiona aumento de costos por material utilizado de manera incorrecta. La Fortaleza que cuenta la institución es que pueden direccionar socializando el manual de funciones y de esta manera pueda organizar y planificar cada una de las actividades a los empleados de acuerdo a su cargo evitando que existan riesgos y agilizando la productividad y mejora para el crecimiento de la empresa evitando así las pérdidas de tiempo y sobre todo aumentando el mejor ambiente laboral y el trabajo oportuno de cada uno de sus integrantes que se sienta cómodos y sobre todo familiarizados con actividades propias dispuestas a ser respondidas de una manera apropiada.es_ES
