By carrying out this analysis in the context of the Technical University of Babahoyo, the aim is to improve the way in which users interact with the website. | dc.description.abstract | Este caso de estudio tiene como objetivo proporcionar una evaluación integral del sitio web de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, centrándose en el rendimiento y la usabilidad. Los resultados y recomendaciones obtenidos permitirán implementar mejoras concretas que optimicen la experiencia del usuario, fortalezcan la comunicación institucional y promuevan un acceso fácil y eficiente a la información relevante para la comunidad Universitaria. Mediante una combinación de técnicas y herramientas especializadas se realizó el análisis que permitieron evaluar el rendimiento, la accesibilidad, la navegación y la integración de redes sociales del sitio web. Los resultados obtenidos proporcionarán información valiosa para identificar áreas de mejora y recomendar acciones específicas que optimicen la experiencia del usuario.
