Parrot farming is developed in all regions of Ecuador; climate conditions allow for greater productive performance. The objective of this experimental work was to evaluate the productive parameters and seminal quality in japonica quail (Coturnix japonica) supplemented with hydroponic green forage of corn, rice and beans. 24 male quails were used, which were fed with commercial balanced food and hydroponic forage of corn, rice and beans 10 grams for each experimental unit. Feed consumption, body weight, weight gain, feed conversion and macroscopic evaluation of semen: volume, pH and color were evaluated. In the variable food consumption there was no statistical difference (P>0.05) between the treatments, but numerically T1 obtained higher consumption than the treatments under study. 56(231g), 64(250.83g), 70 (256.67g), 77 (280.00g) and 84(288.17g). the results of body weights, male quail, analyzed in days. According to the Tukey test (P > 0.05), there were no differences between the treatments, but numerically there were differences between the treatments. days 56 (T2: 136.33). 63 (T3; 154.83), 70 (T2; 176.33), 77 (T3; 195.83) and 84 (T3; 216.67). In feed conversion there are no differences between treatments, according to the Tukey test (P >0.05). The best feed conversion was obtained on T2 at 56 days (10.47g/g), T3 day 63 (12.09 g/g), T2 day 70 (12.16g/g), T3 day 77 (8.80 g /g) and T3 day 84 (13, 83, 83g/g). The evaluation of fresh seminal samples with respect to ejaculate volume was higher for T3 (0.49 ml) and lower in T1 (0.47), T2 (0.37), T0 (0.37). The Average PH presented an average of 7.5 to 8. Regarding color and appearance, it was similar between the treatments under study.es_ES
