| dc.description | When executing this case study, focusing on the topic of administrative management of the Lorences warehouse in the city of Babahoyo for the period 2022, which was based on the analysis of the procedures implemented by the administration of the aforementioned business, considering as an object study, leading to the identification of the factors that influence the processes related to the administrative scope of the organization, based on the different problematic causes that developed in each of the functions and areas of the company, causing inefficiency in its mechanism. control, therefore, it was possible to determine the determination of strategies whose purpose allows the improvement of the company's internal procedures. For the proper execution of the case study, the use of the research line “Financial, administrative, tax, audit, control” line of research was considered, which is related to the subline “Public and private companies and institutions”, considering that it can be determine a direct interaction between clients, collaborators and the company, as well as articulating this work through the project of connection with society called “Young Entrepreneurs for the Meeting”, based on the fact that the knowledge and practice available is a fundamental basis for ventures and businesses that are opening up more and more. | dc.description.abstract | Al ejecutar el presente caso de estudio enfocándose en el tema de gestión administrativa del almacén Lorences de la ciudad de Babahoyo del periodo 2022, el cual, se sustentó en el análisis de las gestiones implementadas por la administración del negocio antes mencionado, al considerar como objeto de estudio, conllevando a la identificación de los factores que influyen en los procesos relacionados al ámbito administrativo de la organización, con base a las diferentes causas problémicas que se desarrollaron en cada una de las funciones y áreas de la empresa provocando una ineficiencia en su mecanismo de control, por lo cual, se logró determinar la determinación de estrategias cuyo propósito permita el mejoramiento de los procedimientos internos de la compañía. Para la adecuada ejecución del caso de estudio se consideró la utilización de línea de investigación “Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control” la cual, se relación con la sublinea “Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas”, al considerar que se puede determinar una interacción directa entre los clientes, colaboradores y empresa, como también articulando este trabajo a través del proyecto de vinculación con la sociedad denominada “Jóvenes Emprendedores por el Encuentro”, sustentándose en que los conocimientos y la practica con la que se cuenta es una base fundamental para los emprendimientos y negocios que se apertura cada vez más. Se concluye este trabajo analístico con base al cumplimiento del objeto de estudio que permitió analizar los procesos de gestión administrativa del Almacén Lorences de la ciudad de Babahoyo del periodo 2022, por lo consiguiente, la ejecución ha sido muy satisfactoria, considerando que a través de la aplicación de encuesta como herramienta investigativa se identificó y corroboro la presencia de falencias organizacionales | es_ES |
